GradGuard Renters Insurance is unique to the collegiate market because it combines both personal property and personal liability coverage.
In most cases, insurance policies held by a landlord or a university will not cover a student’s personal belongings if they're lost, stolen, or damaged. In addition, students may be held liable if damage is done to property or if someone is hurt at their residence.
